Job Summary
 
  • Directly supervises and coordinates activities such as security, equipment, information, commuications (HIGHLY DETAILED) of Field service highly performing ceaners.
General Accountabilities
 
  • Provides service by greeting and assisting clients, reporting informing on app system and responding to customer inquiries and escalating or problem solving and recording complaints.
  • Directs and supervises under time pressure employees engaged in service, inventory-taking, reconciling checks, receipts, and aids in performing services for customers.
  • Monitors service activities to ensure that customers receive highly satisfactory service and quality experiences.
  • Inventories stock and reorders when inventory drops to a specified level.
  • Instructs staff on how to handle difficult and complicated tasks.
  • Participates in all Hires and trains, and evaluates personnel with APPA standards measure, supports sales or marketing, promoting teams or discipling firing workers when appropriate.
  • Assigns employees to specific duties based on criteria benefiting clients and within many varied perimeters (COMPLEX)
  • Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
  • Examines all branded items and personel to ensure that it is correctly displayed and that it is performing as advertised.
  • Executes & Enforces budgets and authorizes payments and merchandise returns. (BREAKAGE, GIFT)
  • Plans and prepares work schedules and keeps records of employees' work schedules and time cards.
  • Reviews inventory and sales records to prepare reports for owner and budget departments.
  • Examines products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item.
  • Establishes and implements policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
  • Confers with Owner to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.

Job Qualifications
 
  • Education: Associate's degree
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in management
